The crops are due for harvest quite soon locally.

The grass fields are rock hard through lack of rain and high temperatures.

I did find some fields that had been raked although the ground was so dry it was difficult to extract some finds from the lumps of dirt.

This field had small scale stone quarrying around the late 1800's.

Your knowledge on these relics always blows my mind. Some of that stuff would be thrown in my trash pouch out of sheer ignorance. Always a great presentation, excellent finds Doug!
