Found this today at a mid-1800s house (but also found several items from turn of the 18th century).

Very thin and very slick. Other side has no discernible detail. I can upload measurements later if needed, hoping someone can help ID based on the bust facing right.

What's the diameter? I have a couple of worn LCs that look similar in patina, but it's going to be hard to say.
 
I'm not sold on a bust facing right. Can you post a pic of the other side and maybe a side lit pic also ?
