Getting warmer..... but no gold

Well I only made it out to detect a handful of times last year and wanted to get off to a good start this year and keep the momentum .. Picked up a equinox 600 which I’m still learning so I scooped anything that wasn’t iron and even if it crackled a tone other than iron and I’d say it rarely falsed and the times questioned were likely just smaller targets that fell thru the scoop . It’s crazy how many bullet casings were there I eventually could I’d the small .22cal by the 9-10vdi and swift crack of audio still have to dig them as small rings produce the same response . I am encouraged by the dozens of nickels I was able to dig only a matter of time until there’s gold in the scoop .
