Never had a cors but my 5by8 Garrett is good stuff and light!

I have and like them both but they're on different machines so I can't compare them..

Get the 5x8 ,,,the cors feels heavy to me..I’ve had both and although the cors is good,it’s no better that the 5x8,,so why swing the extra weight.

Just weighed mine. Cores 15.6 oz, sef 14.4 oz.
