Here is a cheatsheet for the V8 and V12 coils.

Here is a good video on YouTube for the Vanquish 540 after you install the latest firmware update.
You can control the volumn when using the Horseshoe.

My horseshoe button is always engaged. The volumes and tone per bin go from low to high. My iron volume is lowest. Nickel bin volume is louder than 14-15-16-17. 18-40 is maxed.
