I know it has been talked about before... you can't make a living solely metal detecting. I'm not trying to dispute that because in the modern day I would completely agree. It's 10x more evident if you have a family, kids, mortgage, etc.

I am setting out on an adventure to push the limits of what is possible by living a treasure hunter's lifestyle. To me, treasure comes in many forms so not everything I do will be a direct result of metal detecting. It will however be a form or treasure hunting or bartering.

Join me as I get creative about living life and straying away from a typical 9 to 5 job feeling!

I've seen other forms of treasure hunters, " dumpster diving" videos
Laugh, if you want.... but, people do throw out many good things.

Just last week visiting my brother in-law, (he is a trash truck driver)
He showed me some of his "garbage-gold" as he calls it.
stuff ranging from scrap copper wire, (he had close to 150 pounds)
old antique bottles, a Ravel Gemeinhardt flute in a case.
sega game gear launch addition with 20 games .........we plugged it in yep works great/ google search....$599
Now he tries to sell those finds on craigslist, or at pawn shops.
