I was tempted to pass this one up yesterday, but I've learned better. Richard Hudnut was "the first American to make it big in the cosmetics industry". His Art Deco perfume bottles, compacts etc. are highly collectible. He started in 1909, but I'm guessing 30's for this since I've found a '30 and '35 Wheat there and a '00 IH. Oh yea, its a small solid perfume case (1 1/8" dia) with the applicator still inside still impregnated with the pink substance.
