Hmmm, true, but since you didn't ask for total points scored, not really "closest."
I figured it'd be like:

X = ABS(VikingsActual -VikingsGuess) + ABS(PackersActual -PackersGuess)
Lowest X wins. Ideally lowest X who also picked the actual winner wins.

Some people might say I overthink these things...
