Been trying to get the finds posted from last weekends hunt and finally got off early enough from work to do so. So here are the finds recovered from that trip.
Dug another 9 Silver for the year and might get out one more time to add to the pile. Silver included 1 Washington Quarter, an 1899-O Barber Dime, 3 Merc's, 3 Roosevelt Dimes and 1 War Nickel.
Some hunters don't count War Nickels as Silver but when a Roosevelt Dime is worth $1.24 in Silver and a War Nickel is worth 0.96 cents in Silver as of 11/21/2019, I think that is pretty close as far as value goes to count War Nickels.
Other coin finds were 2 Older Jefferson Nickels (buddy got a V and finally a Buffalo) and 24 Wheat Pennies (and of course he had to get an Indian Head).
Misc. finds included 2 Tags, an Old Zipper Pull, a Key, an Old Buckle and a Sterling Silver Ring with an Agate for a Stone and an Arrowhead on each side.
Clad not shown but dug another 64 Quarters, 32 Dimes, 13 Nickels and 56 Pennies.
