Ken and I sail down to the land of nada today for lowtide spin.
First hour it was bleak and that is bleak with a BIG B –then we hit a small patch of coins and ken and his trusty excal. Cleaned up and even found a nice little silver ring.
705 Junior did not fair all that well today and only managed 5 coins, but one was a kewl dollar coin – Abraham Lincoln dollar.
Surfchurch is only hours away and winds are still howling from the north east – stand by.
Good luck – see you Sunday for surfchurch. –

That picture right there is a good argument for more $1 coins in circulation!

Nice video Max...sure looks cold there, and those kite wind surfers made me nervous for the guys!...lol Congrats on the silver and the clad...

I admire anyone willing to brave Northern water this time of the year...I used to wade rivers in the spring for walleye and smallmouth bass in Ohio.....even the best gear won't protect you from "cold to the bone" I always laugh to myself when we Fl. guys talk about "cold".....the natives here have no clue....the air temp hits 45 and they wear coats....
It's a hoot.....nice loot and well deserved..........Bill
