Maker's Mark ID?

I found a salt and pepper shaker set with the markings you see. They are nice, so I hate to send them in for scrap, but if they are nothing special, I will. Does anyone recognize the maker's mark that would help me chase down what these are? Thanks, in advance!

mmm..looks bit odd.. Meriden Britannia, but there should be 'm' above the bird. Maybe this is later mark after international silver purchased them.

Thank you, Voriax, but I don't believe it's an 'M'. The bottom is connected, so it's either a "W" or possibly "ni". Does that help? I couldn't find anything online...

Mark used up until the 30's.
As Voriax said, just a more stylized old world M...or upside down to denote year or specific style.

Thank you both! Yes, that maker's mark looks identical but for the letter. So maybe someone messed up and flipped the M. So I'll be keeping these babies and not scrapping them. Thanks!!!
