Went on a short hunt to the local park. Found 2 rings, both junkers but the gargoyle ring is huge. I put it on a quarter and it's about the same size . A question about the bullet casing, I believe they are from a salute for memorial day. Should I bring them home or leave them as they lie as a tribute?

That's a cool ring from a big dude. Get a set of false teeth with very long incisors to go with it and you'll be all set. Keep the cartridge for your collection or trash it -- no point in leaving it lay around. Looks like you're having fun!

Wow, what a dig! I imagine if I ever saw someone wearing a ring like that...and it fit...I would exercise caution!
Congrats on the good hunt and show-and-tell piece.

I've found the salute rounds in a few places. Never leave them there.

that is huge! As for the tribute shells, I agree with the others here, the tribute is the salute, not the casings.
