Hi seekers and diggers,
I'd like to share a short video about cleaning copper coins.
Sometimes the coin is "dead" and cleaning doesn't help anymore, but sometimes it is possible to find coins that after cleaning comes out a beautiful, old relief that will make us happy.
Here is a short video, maybe even help someone :-)

When a copper coin or token is too crusty to be toothpicked or nylon brushed I soak it in boiled linseed oil a couple days or weeks when I forget about them and then toothpick them in a circular motion, if a sludge doesn't start to form within a couple minutes of rubbing I'll wet 4 ought steel wool with the oil and proceed. Most times with good results. HH Mark
