Went out at 0530 and it was raining slightly so went back to room to secure video camera and cell phone. Had planned on a long walk to play in the dry sand but noticed it was the tail end of low tide - so went out in the water about ankle to knee deep for about an hour. Only found two coins. So, went up on the dry sand and found a few more coins and then decided to hit this sandy, sports area again. First target as I took two steps was a kiddie ring at the base of a tree. Continued to walk haphazardly across the sand and only found one coin. Was just about done and got ring #2. Initially though it may be silver. Got to the room and was surprised to see that I found a Buddha ring. I have never seen one like this before - I have see lots of amulets/pendants (since 99% of the country is Buddhist and wears them) - but never a ring.
This makes 5 rings in 3 days.
