Charm or pendant

I found this down over 8" in a local park. It appears to be a necklace pendant or charm from a bracelet. It is very solid and heavy, not cheap tin. I can't tell what metal it is or how old it is, there are no marks I can find on it anywhere.

My guess is lead. Hard to think of something heavy being worn around a neck but clearly has the ring for attaching such an item. Cool find but........[emoji2371]
