Hell everyone.

I dug this pendant yesterday, and I’m trying to find a way to translate the text on the back. Some folks I’ve consulted think the text may be Hindi, but I can’t be certain of that.

Anyone recognize the language? Anyone able to translate?

Thanks!

I’m only going on a hunch and a short internet search, but my guess is that it’s some sort of commemorative piece that references the Buddhist calendar. If my guess is correct, 2487 of the Buddhist Era is roughly equal to 1944 in our standard calendar, and 2548 is roughly 2005. Language looks to me like Thai, but I can’t translate - I’m just comparing the style of the lettering to other examples of Thai script.
