Heavy shard

I was walking through a farmer’s field, he told me before searching the field that there are regularly finds of grenades and such stuff. I found this thick and heavy shard of some kind of metal. Can someone tell me what the numbers mean and what it is from?

Looks like a nose to a piece of artillery. Which makes sense if the property owner is finding similar items. The smooth portion down the middle to the threads, should be where it's fuse type screwed in.
