Does anyone know what I can soak a cigerette case in to break free lighter. I found this case with some gold on it with possible copper also. It was found next to a Wyoming lake. It pays in this instance to dig everything.

Hold the trigger down to let all the butane escape, and break the lighter out with a pair of needle-nose pliers. I wouldn't doubt it's not already empty.

Whatever you do, be gentle. That looks like a Black Hills Gold brand case to me, that should be gold and rose gold on the front.
