Well, the offshore winds started blowing last night and put the kibosh on any repeat of yesterday's success.....the only items within range were the world class trash targets this place is known for.........the surprise of the day was the block pulley that I sighted sticking out of the sand.....

C'mon, let's bring on some storm/surf/swell action. The entire coast of CA has been bathed in ocean calms for the longest time :( This has been a lame year for beach erosion :(

Cat....I walked over several targets that were to large and to strong....maybe one of them was the chest?

Tom....so right you are; way-less-than-average conditions for sure and nothing on the horizon-no waves, no wind....time to head to the desert and try to scratch out some gold nuggets. Good luck to everyone this weekend...
