Well last year was not a good year, so I sat down and figured I would do something different for this year. I had gone to the same hammered curb strips last year and 1 time this year. So I decided to go to some off the beaten path streets, nice homes but maybe less people have visited. Well it paid off as you can see with a very nice 1934 mercury, 1917-1919-1927-1929 wheats and a nice Indian head at 1891. So this is my first silver for the year. Very pleased, now I will door knock at these places to see if I can get me one of those yards to hunt....oh for those of you who wonder why I dig all those pennies, my mercury and Indian rang up at a 75....soooo kinda gotta..
