Went to an older elementary school to check out the grounds. Unfortunately, everything has been filled and sodded at some point in the past, so no really old targets. Did get a bonus sterling ring with what looks like an onyx setting from the curbstrip adjacent to the play field. Nice surprise for the day. Thanks for looking and HH!

Since they quit using sterling and started using .925 in 1973 that ring has a few years on it. Nice find.

great ring !

Thank you.

I like those Silva rings! It's a win win!

Thanks. This one was just a little too big for me to wear, but still nice.

Very nice! Gotta get me one of them....

Thank you. Hope you find one soon.

Congrats on the sterling! Nice recovery!

Always nice to see that glint in the hole. Thanks.

Nice score with the ring...congrats!

Thank you for your comment.

Thank you. I didn't know that about the sterling stamp. Didn't look like it had taken a lot of abuse from wear so I would have expected it to be newer, but was also deceptively shallow, 4-5", so seemingly not a 40+ year old drop.

Very nice ring! Congratulations!

Thank you.

A very sweet find! Love the rings!
Cheers
Doc

Thank you.

That’s always a kicker - finding a ring! Congrats!

Love to find some more. The rings just seem to be very rewarding.

Gorgeous ring

Thank you. It is a pretty good looking style. One that would be easy to wear.
