I found this toy car last week. It is cast with wheels set(not movable) and is hollow underneath. It says Dodge on the side. I found nothing but old coins in the immediate area.Nothing newer than some forties Wheaties. It is an inch and a quarter long.

I forget what it registered in the ground but your question motivated me to just do an airtest on it with my whites XL-Pro and it registered 28 on the vdi and right in the middle of nickle on the meter.

mostly our research consists of library research of local history and either knocking on peoples doors and introducing ourselves to get permission or just driving around and finding old looking sites and also paying attention when old timers talk about the good old days. Most of our local parks have been picked over. I personally have been detecting since 1990.

I want to thank you, blitz, for introducing me to that great site of yours! Kev may have been p***** that he didn't go, but a hike was more prevalent on his mind Saturday night. I wonder what Ed will find this week?

Good going I was going say it might be a game peice untill you stated the size.
