Super day

I just went to the school down the street, built in the 50's. I haven't had much luck with the old detector. Okiedigger I was using the 8" coil again. I got a solid VDI 79 and at a measured 8" I dug a 1954 silver Rosie. Later I got a reading That was jumping around in the VDI 70's. I dug a 1952 Wheatie at a measured 8 1/2".

Then I got a large item reading, I dug 8 clad quarters out of one hole. I continue to get those nickles.

In two hours I had 12 quarters, 10 dimes, 8 nickels and a bunch of pennies. I'm not done with that school. Rob

Again the 9.5 coil would probably worked , I just like the smaller coil. Rob

I haven't used my 10" coil at all since I bought my 8". I use a 5" if the area is super trashy.

I've got the 5" but havent' needed it since I've been home. I used it a lot in Texas and found the 14kt ring you see as my avatar. Rob
