Found them on ebay, listed as "for parts, not working." The picture shows the headphones and the transmitter only, with no charger. I hope that the reason they're not working is just because the charger is missing. I already have a new working set, so I can use the charger from that one.

The seller is one of the big warehouse places, and I've bought things like this before on those type of auctions where something was listed the same way, and it was just because something was missing, not that it was broke. I'm really hoping this is the case here. It sure would be nice to have a back up pair, because I'm really digging the wireless!

nice find. for some reason if they don't work it could be a very simple fix, check the connection on the 1/8" male jack on the transmitter, many times this just needs to be reattached

I have bought 3 pair from that anewbiz. The connection on the 1/8" male on all 3 pair was seperated from the board inside the transmitter. As long as you can solder its a simple fix. open up the transmitter and resolder then use super glue sparingly to seal it back up. Or you can get rid of the 1/8 male and use a 1/4 plug on a few inches of wire and no longer need an adapter. I did that on a couple pair.

The transmitter has a LiPo battery that takes a special charger. We use LiPo batteries in some of our RC planes. LiPo batteries can be dangerous and even catch fire if not charged with the correct charger. The manufacturers even recommend a fire-proof bag to put the LiPo battery in when charging them with the correct charger. Be sure and get the correct charger or you could have a fire on your hands.

he has the charger from a set he's using now so he should be set

I just got them in,and they work just fine, so all they needed was a charger. Not bad for less than 10 bucks shipped!
I also just lucked up and found a 2nd new set at a small town radio shack, so now I have three working sets
