no it says cotsie. i have found totsie toys before this one says cotsie. cant find any thing on the web about it. somebody must know . also found two 1930 wheats one plain and one is and 1930 s.

I just did an AI search for "cotsi toy", and it came up with nothing.

Are you certain it says cotsi? How about a pic?

sorry you are correct scrubbed on it some more and could see the t. so it does say tootsie. thanks.
