So i got a day off and caught a ride to melbourne fl. I traded my se pro for an at pro, just wanted to try it and since it was raining like crazy I wasnt worried about it. Lots of falsing but ill get to that in min. At pro is lighter than my minelab and I got disgusted with the falsing. I retrieved my minelab and put a plastic bag over the back and went back at it. Everytime I swung the loop it was falsing no matter if I ran the sensitivity all the way up or all the way down. Turns out it was picking up my sandscoop. I detected from then on with sensitivity all thebway up and sandscoop behind my back. Got some clad that was fairly deep, and since it was beach I dug it all. Retrieved a fish hook.

Yeah, its best to drag the scoop behind you so it doesn't beep every swing.

U have me all kind of confused. You traded your SE for a AT.... but you are talking about the SE. If its a salt water beach.... you just messed up IMO. I used the SE for years great beach machine and its multi freq. Ive traveled a great deal and never found a place i couldnt hunt with it.

Yeah I am confused also. I hope you didn't really trade the SE Pro for an AT Pro...
