I found my first gold ring here in Texas were I'm on vacation. The ring is a 14kt gold band 5/16 wide and in excellent condition. I was using my MXT and 5' excelerator coil. The ring read 57-60 the same as a zinc penny. You have to dig those pennies. Rob
