I found this unusual looking badge that says W.H.F.D across the top and TRUSTED At the bottom. There is an eagle atop. Unfortunately most of what looks like an intricate emblem is missing. I thought maybe the FD stood for fire department, which would make sense with trusted at the bottom but...
