Got out with Buellride for another day of hunting on Monday. I was working on a streak of 3 multi-silver days, finding 2 SLQ's on one day, and hoping to continue the luck. No more than 15 minutes into the hunt, on the first curbstrip, I got a solid 93 on the Manticore in all directions. Cut and checked the plug - nope, still in the hole. Pinpointed dead center, so I got out my hand digger and carefully popped out some dirt and a nice large shiny silver disc was lying in the bottom of the hole, a 1918S Walking Liberty Half Dollar. When I re-joined Paul, I told him I could be done for the day, and as it turned out, I might as well have been. The only other item of any interest for the next 6 hours was a 1919 Canadian penny. Nonetheless it was a great outing. Thanks for looking. GL&HH
