If you saw the first plane i landed in on Bohol, Philippines in 1989 , you would see what a adventure it can be. I was crammed in a over loaded over weight propeller driven puddle jumper with floats in case it set down in the water.

sky diving

I read on the net that Jollybe bought into a big hamburger company in the states called Smash
Burger on the west coast.
I don't know about my airline service. I have flown small planes before, but not one quit that big. I have done aa lot of skydiving in my younger years. I had over 500 free fall jumps with only 2 malfunctions. That is what they have a reserve shoot for..

KEN :D

One malfunction would have been enough for me, don't understand how anyone could jump out of a perfectly good plane.

Someone just opened a can of worms. I think in our island in the mountains where the ATIE people live, they still have small battles or fights. About like gangs fighting. Except they kill each other. I have actually seen a shrunken head in a little village in the jungle. It was real too' I tried to buy it, but, not for sale.. The people their are very short. Do not wear a shirt of any kind. Both men and women. They are very dark with more curlie hair. They are the original philipin people... KEN :D

To bad you didn't get a picture of the shrunken head would have been a wild post. Wouldn't want to get in the middle of their battles after reading about them in Nick Auclair's Steel's Treasure & Steel's Gold , where he had a lot of first hand experience with them in real life in the areas around Clark Air Fore Base in the mid 1980's. There are a lot of pictures of the Atie people on the internet for any one interested. I wouldn't be surprised if Gary didn't include some in a future post.

Very nice addition , hope you will appear in more

Not everyone might be in every edit, but I'll appear in some regularly

We are all inclusive when it comes to poking fun at ourselves.

That is when you know someone has a really good sense of humor when they don't mind being included in the joke themselves

With a delivery crew like that what could possibly go wrong.

Only makes me wish I could do the edits in a video form, the 4 stooges action film

maybe an idea for a future edit

I even saw where there are parachutes available for small planes that will actually parachute the entire plane to the ground if the engines quit.

Gary sure knows how to have fun with these, i am surprised :laughing:he didn't put in some head hunters as well.

I'd have to ponder on it, while such an edit would be intended in fun, I'd like to avoid giving the appearance of making a joke out of murder or to make anything too outright gruesome. Not saying you all mean it that way, but I'm just explaining so you'd understand if I avoided some things.

Now zombies are okay because we know they are just make believe Hollywood monsters

Nick Auclair had a post on here a while back under the user name (ncauclair) where he wrote about his experience looking for Japanese treasure in the Philippines mid 1985. He learned the language of the mountain people , and traveled into the mountains looking for hidden treasure in old caves and bunkers that hadn't been explored since the end of World War II. I have read his books and enjoyed them, and i know Ken downloaded them to read on this trip. Lost Treasure Magazine just gave his books a good review in their April issue. Here is the link on here to what Nick posted there are some pictures of the native mountain people. http://metaldetectingforum.com/showthread.php?t=249849

I think Ken is planning on bringing that Bolo back to the states with him this trip. The BOLO is a very important tool/weapon over there , every one uses them. I always bring some back every trip to give away as gifts.

Brother in law

The guy in the green shirt is my brother in law. His wife and my wife are sisters. He was with me On that moter cycle ride that day when we come to that Native village..
We have come across a few places you should not be in.

KEN :D

Probably good when he visits at the same time, gives you some one else to split the bills with. Do the wife's relatives try and take advantage of him like they do you ?

Did your brother- in -law come at the same time this year ? You should post a picture some time with both of you and your wifes together. Do they stay at your house there or do they have their own place there ?

What did one cannibal say to the other?

"Does this Clown taste funny to you?"

Didja hear about the cannibal that ate a Chinaman? Half an hour later he was hungry again!

Didja hear about the cannibal who passed his cousin out in the Forest?

NO,,,, Everyone hates him and his wife. They both know more than any else. And it has to ALWAYS be their way or it is one big family fight. Right now they are not talking to anyone in the family.

KEN :D
