Hello everyone. So what minelab detectors do you all use? I have the old minelab xs and love using it day to day. I am thinking about upgrading to the ETrac model. Have any of you made this change over yet?

I picked up a X-Terra 505 about a week ago. An upgrade from my Bounty Hunter Tracker IV. Loving it so far.

I use a Minelab Sovereign Gt. My wife has an Explorer SE-Pro2, We also have a Minelab SD2200v2

I have a Safari, and LOVE it...!!

MMJJBB do you like that Safari? I've been looking at it closely over the ETrac but just not for sure yet that it would be my best move. MLitty- How do you like the xterra?

I use the E.Trac and have bought another as a back up , my other Minelab is the Terra 705 with a Nel Hunter coil . I use the Terra on stony beaches during the summer when the finds are easy to get at . The ET does all though.

I use the Whites Prizm 4, Garrett AT Pro, Minelab Excalibur 1000

Hey Jason , I also have a Minelab Sovereign XS , with Sunray accessories , meter & probe for around 10 yrs. now it has paid for it self over & over.......... But this winter ( W.N.Y. ) I finally switched only because I wanted to try some water/land hunting... Minelab GOD's please forgive me ( LOL ) I got a Garrett AT-Pro & Probe 1 Lg. coil & 1 sm. coil...

I just purchased a Minelab CTX 3030 and so far I am very happy with it. A learning curve, for me anyway. Running it mostly on the beach and some trashy soil areas.

I have the Explorer XS. What a workhorse! Love it.

I hope to see this group get started up where we can all help each other. I use a CTX 3030 usually with the 11" coil. I have the 17" and the 6" as well. I beach hunt mostly using a Garret PP and a Stealth 720i Scoop. Love detecting the Treasure Coast. But raining today so the computer gets my attention.
